Basic Support Services

We provide practical assistance that helps children and adults manage everyday activities while promoting greater independence at home and in the community. Depending on each person’s support plan, services may include help with daily routines, community participation, household tasks, supervision, or temporary caregiver relief to address individual needs. Support is delivered in ways that align with each person’s goals, helping them build daily living skills while maintaining their preferred level of independence. 

Our comprehensive care also includes:

• Adult Companion Services
  Adult Companion Services provide supervision, social interaction, and assistance with daily activities in the home or community. Support is tailored to each individual’s needs while encouraging safe participation in everyday routines.
• Homemaker
  Homemaker services assist with household tasks that help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Support may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other routine household responsibilities.
• Individual Community Living Support
  Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) helps individuals develop and maintain the skills needed for greater independence in daily life. Services focus on community participation, daily routines, and activities that support personal goals.
• Individualized Home Supports
  Individualized Home Supports provide one-on-one assistance based on the individual’s assessed needs and service plan. Support may include assistance with activities of daily living, skill development, and participation in home and community life.
• Night Supervision
  Night Supervision provides overnight monitoring to help ensure an individual’s safety and well-being during sleeping hours. Staff remain available to respond when assistance is needed, in accordance with the person’s support plan.
• Respite Care (In-Home or Out-of-Home)
  Respite Care provides temporary support for individuals while giving primary caregivers time to rest or attend to personal responsibilities. Services may be delivered in the individual’s home or in an approved out-of-home setting, depending on their needs and care plan.
