In-Home Support Services

We provide individualized assistance that helps children and adults develop the skills needed to live more independently in their own homes. Services are tailored to each person’s support plan and may include guidance with daily routines, skill development, family training, and activities that encourage greater self-sufficiency. Support is delivered in a familiar home environment, allowing individuals to work toward their personal goals while maintaining their daily routines.

• Individualized Home Supports
  Individualized Home Supports provide one-on-one assistance based on each person’s daily needs and approved service plan. Support focuses on building practical skills while helping individuals participate more independently in everyday activities.
• Individualized Home Supports with Family Training
  Individualized Home Supports with Family Training combine direct support for the individual with guidance for family members involved in their care. Training helps families better understand strategies that encourage skill development and consistent support at home.
• Individualized Home Supports with Training
  Individualized Home Supports with Training provide direct instruction that helps individuals develop practical life skills needed for greater independence. Services focus on learning, practicing, and strengthening skills that support everyday living and community participation.
• Semi-Independent Living Skills
  Semi-Independent Living Skills (SILS) help individuals build the abilities needed to manage everyday responsibilities with greater confidence. Support may include developing skills related to personal care, household management, meal preparation, budgeting, and other daily living activities.
